Polestar Hearth is a cottage industry making bread the slow, old-fashioned way, baked in a brick oven, using only flour, water, sea salt and culture.

We offer the best in hand-crafted sourdough breads, using local and organic ingredients whenever possible, and holding it all together with a love for our craft and community. Wonderful pastries and cookies, too!
