Tranquil Mountain is a safe and supportive space to develop wellness through a curriculum that emphasizes physical and mental discipline, creativity and expression. Predominantly we are a martial arts studio offering traditional Kung fu under the head school of All Masters Martial Arts Centre. In addition to kung fu classes, we offer meditation, yoga, art based programs and drop-ins for other training options. At tranquil mountain we are committed to a holistic  approach for developing personal growth. It is our mission to promote a mindful and healthy lifestyle that empowers us as  individuals to greet every day with confidence and gratitude.
